Description
To escape some hostile natives, Pin has the following 'great' idea:1- Fill Belle with rocks
2- Climb inside her
3- Have her huff in some air and dive into a nearby river, making her a literal diving 'Belle'.

Aaaw, look at her expression - this surely will be a struggle in their relationship... BUT, nothing comes easy, right, so after they survive this encounter they will become even better friends... or rip each others guts out.
Either way it'll be great - I LOVE seeing you illustrate this! I love Belle - she has the STRANGEST from ever, she sort of reminds me of one of them weirdly shaped calabazes/pumpkins.

When the scene was first written out I immediately pictured her feeling really miffed that she was being used primarily as a vehicle. I wonder how her relationship with Pin will go. They'll no doubt be good friends, however the journey to that state will be the interesting part. All the while, McDuck is subjected to this madness. Eh, the old guy can take it.

BUT Belle IS very handy at times, that is not up to discussion.
And yes he most certainly can, considering the things he's been through, in his many years of adventure.

I think Pin sees her -- well, as "Belle", sure, but also as A PILOT, an AIRSHIP pilot -- which is really what Belle has always wanted to be.
That Happy Future Belle image from a couple of months ago? That's Belle after she finally realizes -- probably with the help of Pin and friends like her -- that her stupid, embarrassing powers are really her fondest dream come true.
