Does the sparkling come naturally, or is it some sort of spray?
If I may make a small comment, this looks great overall, except there's something that bugs me about her shoes for some reason. Something seems odd about the feet; it feels like there should be some more definition or something down there.

I agree. I'm going to put some more detail on them.
Also, the sparking is a natural effect from her superpower of..um..starry........ness? It's annoying to anyone standing next to her, especially the twinkling sound effect it makes.
