The first thing that my brain came up with on seeing this was an almost identical image, the only difference being she's sitting on top of a gigantic compressed gas cylinder instead of an inflated cat. The cylinder's valve assembly is nowhere to be seen; we're meant to assume it's...let's just say, inside her. But still attached to the tank.
