They are. But top is easier to draw than bottom, in my opinion at least. Getting woman shapes right is tricky. They are builded with much more grace and beauty than we, man. We, look like chopped from wood using axe ^^

What a beautiful low angle shot! The pose, the "camera angle", composition, choice of colors, contrast... The combined whole looks awesome! This is one of the prettiest looking illustrations I've seen in quite a while. It really feels as if the character would come out of the illustration and say "hi!".
I admit I envy your ability to create such an image.
