I have a question if you have some time btw.I want to learn digital art but I wont be buying a tablet so is it possible to paint well by tracing hand drawn drawing of mine.Would that be enough and possible? What should I learn for it then(photoshop or something)

Check my folder "GIMP", thats the stuff i did with that program when i drew with the mouse, it is kind of hard (at least it was for me) but you can use SHIFT+CLICK to make cool lineart
