i was having the biggest desire to make some concepts about my struggles with sleep ive been having my whole life

i get that sleep paralysis shit multiple times a week ever since i can remember basically, as a baby and growing up around durring elementary school days i remember it used to scare the living fuck out of me
eventually i told my family about it around age 7 and called the "alien light"
this crane like thing launched at me from my ceiling light at full speed if i dare to move or make a noise in bed during the bedtime hours, picking me up and strangling me and carrying me to horror, then i would wake up paniced or sometimes wake up and cant move until i shake myself to side to side
i dont know if i actually shake side to side in reality in this state honestly but i feel the whole sensation of it with a slight pressure feeling with a tickle to it... so strange

i remember begging my parents to take my ceiling light entirely because even looking at the light awake in the day began to scare me, it had 3 big bulbs in the formation of the 3 claws on the crane
they said no and that i was silly, eventually though i got my sister to tear it out, we still have a cieling light exactly like one in my fathers bedroom
its wacky if i stare at it too long i just feel the same pressure as i do during my dreams
