It can make a second attack during each Battle Phase, also if it attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.

I think there should be another new kind of card, which might be an Extra Deck card-type, but similar to this. A special kind of card, wich would be like Pendulums - I mean; it would have to kind of effects: if it treated as an Equip Spell card, and another as a Monster Card.
I would call it: Arm(s?) Card. The way you Summon them would be Arm Fusion. It would require an Equip and a Monster. Also, some of would have MAterials for them (by name, Attribute, Type).
(reading this card's summoning: if I use The Claw of Hermos, but I don't control no other monsters, than this card stays on the field, or it is goes to the graveyard instantly?)

It equips to any monster on the field, so if your opponent controls a monster and you don't, your opponent just gained nice equip card for free. And I think there is no reason for it to go to the graveyard in neither player control monster.
