Back in college I did a painting similar to this render. It was a derivative of American Gothic. That painting has been lost to the cosmos thanks to some unfortunate circumstances in the past few months. The characters are based off of the Genesis 9 mesh. I managed to transfer 2 Romulan characters I had done for Genesis 3.
