My imagining of a teenage Buttercup, around 16 or so. Note the fanned out hair behind her vs the single points she had when younger. Also hairclips and a forehead ahoge!! This is NOT Kaoru from PPGZ, this is my own variation with elements from all series. It goes alongside Bubbles posted earlier and the older, kickass Dexter design I came up with.
