Turtle shivered, it was a freezing winter day, her fur was just growing in, so it provided little warmth in the snowy weather, She walked through town, she had been having a lot of growing pains recently as she got older, and was cooped up in the nursery where she had been raised. she was happy to finally get some fresh air, she had been going through with a lot of changes, her body had been slowly growing in fur, her limbs had grown so much that it was awkward to stand on 4 legs anymore, tiny claws had sprouted from her front paws, small teeth sprouted from her mouth, her ears had gotten much fluffier and rounder, her wings had grown feathers, she had gone through a lot of change.

she was walking through town in the snow, when she noticed a small market stand on the side of the road, curious, she went up to it, a nice old cyres woman sat behind the stand, as Turtle looked at the assortment of hats, scarves, gloves, and other warm clothes, one really caught her eye, a brown striped scarf, it gave her a weird sense of dejavu, she looked up at the woman running the stand

"Um, h-hello, how much is this scarf?" Turtle asked, picking up the scarf

"3 coins." the woman responded, Turtle grabbed her money bag, and placed 3 coins on the counter

"Thank you ma'am." Turtle smiled, she left the stand and went back to her home with her new scarf.
