Dude you inspired me with this! Eventually when i get around to pokemon in my stuff, (this is where i'm inspired) i could introduce Fusion Evolution. Where certain sets of 2 (maybe 3) pokemon can fuse together and create 1 power house; even certain legendaries could be capable of it. It would be like combing Kyurem with Zekrom and/or Reshiram. that is... if it's ok with you...
