Very nice! The skin looks very good, and the eyes do as well, which is a difficult part to get in these. Β The only flaw I see is that it looks like there's a very slight gap between the eyeballs and the eyelids. Β Adjust that, and I'd call this perfect!

As far as the pose and lighting? Nope. This is a V4 mesh with a commercially available character that was later modified in DAZ and crushed and mangled by me in Photoshop after the initial render. Hope that answers your question.
