So, in my venture writing the cheesy ass maid Creepypasta reader insert, I came up with some stuff. I'll make an official sheet some day, I mean I did just come up with some of this crap ah haha

Bruising:
Bruising caused by the SlenderMan is peculiar due to the strange obsidian like flakes that appear after some time. They sort of shimmer in the light like actual stones imbedding in the harmed one's skin.
I'd say that the bruising itself is normal, it heals and appears as a normal bruise would, but being from the slenderman's tendrils they will almost always be very dark in color and very tender as he is very brutal. As long as those flakes are there any time it is touched or put pressure on there will be a burning pain. Put enough pressure and you will see these flakes emit dark veins for a moment before they fade off.

Wounds:
Same as bruises, cuts from the tendrils heal as normal but you will begin seeing a darkness in the wounds. This will harden over time like a scab appearing as crystalized obsidian. Any light pressure or even the slightest of strain will trigger large veins to shoot out from the crystal scabbing and feel a burning sting through out the area of the cut.
This is much worse for the person than bruising. If the crystals are strained enough or put under a large amount of pressure they will burn, but if broken, the cut will open up again. the entire area will sting and feel like its on fire. This is troublesome as the body is already trying to heal the wounds through this crystal and kill bacteria and what not, the person will be running a high fever. These wounds often cripple the person, especially six since they are large in size and on her back. She is usually bed ridden for a week. Many proxies die from the wounds as doctors are not an option, and they need to almost always be on the move.

Possession:
For the willing, possession is a great experience. Their mind is tucked away into happy memories or into just this state of euphoria. Often the willing are those naïve of the slenderman's true intentions, or those who have been through so many unwilling possessions they've just given up.
For the unwilling, the slenderman pushes you into what many have called 'the awful place'. It is a cold and decrepit area made specifically for you. He takes every trauma and heart aching moment and makes you live through it, over and over. Possession for a day could be years in the awful place. If possessed for long enough one could die from a heart attack or go into a coma after being released.

Influence:
This is mostly something the proxies don't know about, they have only really acknowledged the complete influence slenderman has over some.
It is used on proxies to push them to kill, or harm others and so on. Anything he wants them to do for his benefit. That small voice in the back of their head that urges them on, or pushes them over the edge. He does use this to get proxies he has no use for to kill them selves if they are already emotionally broken.
He doesn't try this on some of the more hard headed proxies like Cynthia, but for those who fear him blatantly or who are already in a dark place in their head; he uses it daily. This is why most proxies have such a change in them once they are chosen or get tangled into this mess. They do things they'd never do before because he's telling them it's normal. All those thoughts about hurting or killing someone is normal, they have the power now to act on these thoughts. He gives them more paranoia making them more easy to manipulate.

Radiation: //not up there but one I've been thinking about for a long time now.
This is one that most of the proxies acknowledge, this radiation is what causes the 'slender sickness', but they don't notice another aspect it has on them. This is what the more educated and scientific researchers of proxy hunters have been studying. The radiation given off by the slenderman is also changing the genetics of the proxies, at least those who have been in contact with him the most or the longest.
In most cases this has given proxies more strength and more durability than the average human. Other cases they are seeing heightened brain activity. They have found proxies who are using a higher percentage of their brain. But these one seem to be the most damaged physically and emotionally.
The proxy hunters are unsure if the slenderman even realizes this, or if he is using this to his advantage. When researching the offspring of proxies, or the rejects, they find this is highly apparent with them. More so than proxies who have been around the slenderman for almost a decade. But since they are the hardest to come by, and the most damaged, they haven't done a full analysis.

So there's some ideas I've had. The slenderman is always very interesting to me in the horror aspect. I really want to try to put him in my universe and not just the bubble with the proxies since I have been world building a lot lately. So I tried making my own thing with him. Since scientist are noticing the effects of the radiation I'd think the government would get involved, try to use it to their benefit you know?
Just some thoughts I'm having, sorry for the rambling haha! If you have any ideas on how I could improve this I'd love to hear it!

I also want to call him something else, because I know for sure no body is going to call his ass the slenderman. I like the idea, like in many slenderverse arg's they all call him something different. Stick in the mud, tall man, octopus man, so on. But I need like an official scientific name that all the scientist (and maybe eventually government) will call him.
ah this has me really excited on trying to design him and make the actual official page for this!! aaaa
