The ink really helped with the clarification of the details. There are so many in this drawing and we can see them all now! Leaving the pencil for shading worked ok. I don't know how much you know about inking but there are a few techniques you can use that will still give you shading but in ink. This will allow you to clean up the drawing and you'll get a higher contrast. Although in this piece you may have lost details. So maybe the shading was a good idea. Hmmm I think I'll just shut up now. Nice

dont worry i like long comments but i know a few shading techniques with ink but i use pens so all i can do right now would be hatching and cross hatching and stippling but thanx glad you liked it

I think you were right to not cross hatch in this one. It would have made the details very obsure.
