But yeah, I really fell for Brickubbles.

In my AU (that I keep changing because I'm an ass like that), Brick and Bubbles share a very unusual 'frenemy' bond during their teenage years, where they fight a lot but are also here to provide the other comfort and emotional support. Eventually, they move to another city after high school (and drama), along with Butch and Boomer, and as time passes, they develop an even stronger relationship ? Sanford and Bubbles broke up before she moved and although Bubbles still holds some very deep unresolved feelings for him, she's kinda into Brick. Who's kinda into her too.

Small headcanon : Bubbles can't fly anymore but she is able to alter her own gravity, allowing her to control the speed of her ascent and descent. On the other hand, Brick can fly but he has trouble controlling his massive red mane's gravity, even when he's walking.
Also Bubbles grew up to be a hair-monster as well. And a bit chubby.
