In short, "Help me find the remnants of Primus, and I will ensure that your kingdom will survive, continue as you are, and you will experience what Vale was meant to be." or something along those lines. As for how Knight was able to sneak pass enemy lines, he would've changed his paint job to match those of the airships, thus raising little suspicion; leading to him getting close to Atlas command and cause some serious damage on the way to see the general.
