Sully was the first to step up.
Sully came from a very spoiled background, bragging about being the 'Prince of Games'. (Why he stopped at prince no one knows). As one would expect, this attitude didn't inspire many friendships with the boy, and as his parents were barely around, Sully had spent most of his 8 years along. The one day he and Cecil had met by chance when Cecil's Master asked him to pick up a copy of the latest video game craze. Cecil managed to get the last copy, but not before a very angry Sully threw a temper tantrum in protest. Cecil responded with a few swats to the Shoutmon's rear and left. After that Sully found Master's house and went to Cecil, crying his eyes out in apology. Apparently, he had never been disciplined before and didn't know how to handle it. Cecil comforted the boy, and since that day Cecil became an unexpected friend; the first one Sully ever had.
Sully nervously held his present, poorly wrapped in gift wrapping. He didn't want to ruin his best friend's party, but he felt he could have done so much better got a gift. Cecil, still plushing opened the gift and found a classic GameBoi with the game 'Suppa Pumma' already inside.
"I-It's a portable game console," Sully explained. "I-It lets you play on the go."
Cecil said nothing. Crap! Sully knew it! He ruined the party!
"How does it work?" Cecil asked.
"Oh! Um, move this switch." Sully turned on the power.
The digital noises of the game out Cecil in awe, and as he played, Sully forgot his nervousness and instructed Cecil on some tips for the game.
"And if you hit that clock, you get a fire power up!"
"Ohhhhhh!"
"Alright boys, you can play after the gifts are opened!" Fan said.
Cecil nodded and hugged Sully. "Thanks for the gift!"
"N-No problem! A Prince has to know what people like after all!" Trying to be cool, he hugged Cecil back and then sat back down at the table.
