Overall, awesome picture!
My only advice would be that I think their ears need to be a bit bigger, especially Grimmjow's.

the only problem I can see at all is that their neckline is too close to the chin. LOL. thats it. Makes their necks look huge. that is all. Love the picture~

I don't see how it's art criticism for future improvements by telling me what I should and shouldn't draw. I don't mean to come as rude but I'd like to draw what I like whenever I like to do it. I think that way I would be able to improve on the things I would like to improve on.
