Quiet, shy and easily scared. Penelope will hide behind family when she's scared or really whenever she can; she stutters a lot and has a difficult time in general when trying to be social. Once she considers you a friend however, she'll follow like a shadow and will always lend an ear when someone needs to vent or rant. Extremely gullible as well and a bit of a crybaby. Even among her family, she's rather timid and soft-spoken. Stutters quite a bit and is very embarrassed by it.
