Film star and strong woman Gemma Arterton visited parliament today to help launch Transports for London's new 'Give a Lift' campaign, a 2 month series of events designed to encourage car shearing in a bid to reduce congestion. Following the press conference Miss Arterton posed for pictures outside, holding a pair of the 13 tonne New Routemasters. "Congestion in London is a serious problem," she explained to the waiting reporters, "and while not many people are able to give such a lift to traffic as I can and reduction in car use is something to be welcomed."

This is a very belated birthday present for my good friend , I hope he likes the finished result!
