Looks really good. You've made his eyes into tangible sockets as apposed to a flat white shape. Excellent touch that makes it your own idiosyncratic signature on a commonly drawn character.
It's a terrific piece, I think it needs a crazy dark background to emphasize the lighting. Presumably you'll leave that to the colorist.

I really wanted his eyes to seem to glare at the viewer and show his complete insanity. the flat eye design wouldn't really convey that.
Yeah, the background is meant to be dark but, I'm leaving that for anyone who colors it to interpret themselves.
