Description Tried to practice with blending and outlining, as well as other aesthetic techniques.

The XM05 (not to be confused with the M5 Flamethrower) is the latest in handheld gauss-gun technology. It fires special "mine-darts" which automatically home in and stick to a target (homing strength depends on speed), which afterwards, can be detonated at will, as well as conventional injection darts, used to inject harmful chemicals instead of detonating. The dial on the backside of the gun controls the muzzle velocity by adjusting how much electricity is on the rails, allowing the user to penetrate multiple targets at high speed, or home in to one enemy using a low speed. Like always, it needs to charge between shots, but the wait time is significantly shorter than most other GR railguns. Another quirk about this gun is that it ejects spent shells from the backside; don't worry: the shells aren't boiling hot.

However, the battery powering the rails does not last long, and needs to be replaced after 200 shots, and the magazines cannot be loaded manually. It must be sent back to the manufacturer for reloading.

Other features include a charge indicator and a 4-light ammo indicator. Each light lit represents one round. When using remote control detonation darts, hit the small button on the side of the gun to detonate all fired darts.

This piece here kinda reminds me of the Mk2 Detonator gun from Goldeneye: Rogue Agent. Does basically the same thing as this gun here.

It was based off of that. The Mk. 2 Detonator's design was quite interesting.
