The One that Closed the Oblivion Gates! Because everyone else is a helpless retard! XD She just walks up with a confident smile and the eagerness to punch, crunch, smash, and crush the daedra in many different ways.Can you imagine how pissed off Malkhai was once she learned that the Thalmor have been taking credit for it? I can see them trying to hunt her down too when they discover she's still alive- she can tell everyone that Talos (who seems to be comparable to Jesus, like Mara is to Mary) is a divine because she had to retrieve the artifact that had his blood on it- if he wasn't divine it wouldn't have worked.
She does not get involved in the civil war directly, but she does kill every Thalmor she comes across.
So anyway... lol... I'm talking about a time 200 years after the setting of this one...me and my tendency to ramble.
I started playing Oblivion again for nostalgic reasons. I feel ashamed though- I never finished Morrowind!
This is before she joins the Dark Brotherhood, other random quests, and the arena.

If you go the hand-to-hand route it is even more of a problem. Hate it when the game limits how many health potions you can take at a time.

I think I get it.
I once started a new play-through on Mass Effect playing Male Shepard, but it didn't feel right if I wasn't playing my Femshep. It just clicks with her.

In regards to the Thalmor: Β Wait, shouldn't she be in the Shivering Isles, presiding over it and keeping it...utterly mad and such? Β Of course, the Daedric princes can pop into Tamriel occassionally (a night to remember is proof enough of that), but still...

Talos and Jesus? They have nothing in common, not even a bit.

Well the comparisons I could see is people arguing that he was just a man with the devout saying he was a hero that became a god. While not exactly alike Christians believe Jesus was both God and human while doubters are saying he was just a man. And then a character made a comment "He acts like he's the second coming of Talos." Perhaps not entirely like him but I feel as though Talos was mildly inspired by Jesus. And Mara I believe is comparable to Mary.
But that's just me. It's fine if you don't agree.

No, i agree about Mara. But Talos is a warrior figure (like some pagan gods), a conqueror and a leader of men. Jesus was compleetly opposite of that. But yes the similarity is with both being men who ascended to Godhood (tho Jesus isnt a God. Its tricky)

One of my favorite parts of Skyrim is where I got to storm through the Thalmor embassy and fight them. Bethesda should make a DLC dedicated to wiping them out, or at least should put that concept into the next game.
