The humming bird doesn't fit in with the depth of field, it could be a botched job.
The scorpion appears to be on top of her hair at certain spots, whereas it should be below her hair.
The card appears to be on a flat surface, while its on the most curved surface.
The leg flower isn't effected by the lighting and goes on her underwear on a certain spot.
The belly button one isn't effected by the shadows on her stomach, and shows visible masking blur around her belly button.
It has to be the humming bird. It looks mildly botched, but it fits with the current depth of field more than any of the others, and is more in line with the shadows.

Working in photoshop changes how you look at pictures forever, given that you learn how to use it. Just like how working with a shutter changes how you look at the world, learning to draw changes how you look at paper, and learning to sprite changes your perception of a computer screen.

Yeah, I learned from someone in person (Then made up my own little tricks at every turn of the way.) I have to say. It was intensely easy.
