What are you on about it not being very good?
The filter you used on the girl makes her look solid and gives nice (shadow) depth to the picture without interfering with the feel of the other brushes/blur effects that you've given to the background. I like the direct lighting that you gave to the piece as well - goes nice with the black background and (motion blurred?) neon brush mid-ground (which also provides "beat"/momentum). Not too sure what you were playing at with the blur/soft glow of the typography, as it looks like it's just floating there (in contrast with the neon brushes' motion blur); but if it's another play at the 'contrast theme', then thumbs up!

the text is just an outer glow as i felt it looked naked without anything on ity and didnt stand out too well without and thanks for everything else yes it is a gaussion blur on the brushes and added a watercolour effect for her with and softened the detail of the original picture of her giving less emphises on her as a whole =]
