hehe, I like this one, mostly because you were experimenting with the different line styles, making some of the lines thinner, and others thicker .. it looks good, and it's a nice change .. especially if you make the far-away lines and the lines "inside" the coloured areas (like on a shirt) thinner, you add a lot of depth to the picture. as for the character, it's very cute, I like his expression, he definitely looks cute. his eyes are nicely done too, and looking at the pattern in his face and the overall shading, it appears as if you did quite a bit of effort into it - definitely something to keep up .. a calming background (character-wise I would expect a prehistoric one, oddly enough) would add even more to the drawing, but you did well on this as it is already - I like it
