Eyup. Done it.Here's a fanart with Retsuko, from Aggressive Retsuko (Aggretsuko, for short). Feel free to make a T-shirt out of it and, if possible, send me some photos of your T-shirt printed. I recommend a black shirt or darker colors, if you are willing to do it. You can whatch Aggretsuko series in YouTube (from Sanrio's YouTube Channel) or even in Netflix, which has a original series there.

I love it! Have you considered making a TeePublic / Society6 etc. account? There you can sell t shirts and other stuff for free because they print each product after it is ordered. So it's free for you (unless you want to buy something yourself ) and you can earn a little on it, and it might feel easier for fans than to start a whole process with printing it themselves. Just an idea

To print your own T-shirt/poster/cup/mug/etc, yes. You can do whatever you wish with it.
But selling/modifying it, sadly no.
