I like the ambiance here and the red color pop.
I get that this is like a lighting and color impression, but...Right dead center above the red window - the cross hatching of brush strokes on the cement feature just totally messes with the believability of volume and dimension. Only bring it up b/c I like most else that is going on here. It's worth going back and fixing b/c this would be a nice little study or environment concept.
Everything else here feels very real and like it belongs in space, but that one area is weak. The smooth fill like you did with the other faces of the building and then any brush strokes with the form lengthwise would unify it with the building and improve the over all piece.

There is something very compelling about this image. It seems familiar as a place - but there is something ominous and it's not just the sky. I feel it would be hazardous to venture into this city
