Homura has Madoka's place and becoming a goddess.
Madoka has Homura's place, where she's resetting time, and becoming a demon.
Kyoko would have Sayaka's place and her becoming a witch instead of Sayaka.
So it's more like a personality and story swap for the series and characters!

That's pretty cool! It's interesting to think of how the characters would evolve given different experiences (Though seeing Madoka being broken in the same way as Homura would be heartbreaking).
