What are the two guards made out of?

The guards made from polyester based on resin ( the amber colored material) and epoxy putty (green material)

wow, You have transparent Polyester resin!Β What kind is it? I tryed "PΓ©bΓ©o krystal resin" but this product is really expenssive and don't looks really stable ( sometimes the resin do not solidify correctly )
Lately, I made I Try of resin moulding for the mane of my Luna figure ( felifan.deviantart.com/art/mak⦠) but my mold was made in latex and not with RTV and the result was not really good... would You share some advices with me? ^^

Sorry, but I can't really give any useful advice to you, I used RTV2 silicone for making the negative.
I didn't do anything special, just followed the instructions that came with it when I made the mold.
The resin I use is pretty good, the drying time can be variable, and you don't have to vacuum it, there wont be any bubbles in it.
It's nice, but it is only made in hungary, and I can't really find it outside of my country.

thanks a lot for the reply! this resin looks awesome!
I think I better to try resins and RTVs made for professionals instead of the ones made for "creative hobbies"...
