Description Danny Jones of McFly. My first attempt at a canvas painting, took around three hours to do from start to finish. Inspired by FuNkYcHiCkEtTe, so big thanks to her for the inspiration and advice.

lol Thanks

I won't be doing that at all. I'm just going to do Tom, Doug and Harry, then that'll probably be it

I think if I end up like that, i'm gonna hate doing Harry the most. The way I've ended up getting the outline is by scribbling all over the backs of the print-off with a pencil, then drawing over the the front of the pic. I've just done Harry's outline, and even though it took the same time as Danny's to do, it hurt my hand a lot more lol

The pic I'm gonna do of Tom looks fairly nice, actually. He's like my second favourite (After young Doug), so I'm hoping it comes out ok... I'm hoping they all come out ok. I'm doing them for my bedroom, they'll be like the finishing touch to the walls

Awww awesome, i told my mum i wanted to redecorate my room but she didnt look too impressed lol....so im just gunna paint the attic walls as im having it as a studio cant wait to do that! lol

Chuff! You chose the hard way of tracing, im not suprised your hand hurt lol.

Im sure your paintings will turn out fabby...you should find the more you do the easier it gets.

I'm really feeling proud of the spare room now, it looks like a dream room for me. It's taken like a year to get everything perfect... These paintings are gonna be the pieance-can't-spell-de-resistance lol

It probably is the hardest way, but it comes out good, so it's worth it, I guess. I know though that if I tried to actually copy it, it'd come out crap
I'm normally a lot better, but at the moment, I can't draw for toffee cos my head isn't with it.

I've just finished Harry, so I'll post him soon.

Thanx for adding me to your friends btw

Lol i cant spell that either.

Well it doesnt really matter which method you use...its what it looks like in the end that counts.
Cant wait to see the Harry painting
