The moon in the morning!!
I went outside to smell the flowers
& saw the moon against powder blue..
As I get busier, I realize it is hard to
sign on every day. And due to sleep and
having a life outside of the net. I make a
point to take a photo every day, even if
I cannot post that photo for that day on
that day, lol. It was taken on the said day,
you can see below, to the right, in my info.
I really hope you all dig this photo!

the proper lens. I know my kit lens wouldn't have been
able to pick up all the details, but my Sigma was able to.

Cool! I am using a pawn shop purchased Fujifilm camera, with a non-changeable lens set-up. Sounds like your Sony could run circles around my camera.

Well, if it has a powerful zoom, a shot like this is
possible. My older camera, my Kodak Easyshare,
it has 15x optical zoom and can get much closer
to the moon than my Sigma lens.

I had a Kodak Easyshare, but I cracked the LCD display. I liked that camera! These are my current cameras skyfiredragon.deviantart.com/a… a Nikon and the Fujifilm.

Ah, I see. And oh yess, with your Fujifilm, you should
be able to capture shots like this with its 18x zoom.
I suggest using a tripod for better steadiness & focus.

I have a couple of tripods, but most of my moon shots are targets of opportunity when I don't have my mono or tripod. I guess I will have to do some pre-planing in the future.
