Hiding away in darker depths of the ocean lurks Octolure the Strobe Fakemon!They will spin around and use the glowing rings on their tentacles to seduce careless prey.
This one was another spur of the moment idea from a long time ago. It was originally gonna be a Water/Poison, having poisonous drool. Too many ideas were at play, so to simplify it, I removed the poison aspect entirely. This one is already a personal favorite of mine!
