Well since I have photoshop, I downloaded it and opened it onto photoshop and looked at the individual frames to see how everything moved (windows->animation) Then, I selected the first layer (after getting my colors) and drew the first part underneath.(selected layer at low opacity) I kept the face, arms, and sign separate. Then I just duplicated my layer and did the same for the rest of the layers. And then added text~
