I also can't use GIMP. It's because my laptop is a Chromebook therefore it runs of chrome OS not windows and photoshop and GIMP aren't formatted to work with chrome OS

Thanks for the input. It will be taken on board, however I don't have access to photoshop and what I'm currently using is far from perfect. I'm still trying to work out the best way to work with it.

sure they do look a lot better seems less like blurry balloons and more realistic just keep on practicing see if you can find other ways of making them bigger and you'll soon find a way of doing it that makes it more realistic
