This syringe is filled with the mutagen like bioweapon called the Omnitrix Nanite Syndrome, it contains any DNA sample extracted from the Omnitrix to create a serum into mutant hybrids. However, sometimes it may contain side effects once the transformation started based on each Omnitrix DNA was injected, if the DNA samples were injected too much it becomes dangerous and loose their humanity. This bioweapon was created by Dr. Psychobos to give them to Aizen for Hollow hybrids, and Momo Yaoyorozu for their own Nomu hybrids.Ben 10 belongs to Man of Action
