And have no fear over any Escher comparisons -- I get them quite frequently. I'm not actually very familiar with his work... at least not as familiar as I should be, considering how many people compare me to him. I might go and Wiki him now, actually, get some facts behind any statements I might make in the future.

I'm glad you liked it -- I love the Metalman story by the way -- it'll sit next to Kafka's 'The Trial' as one of the great unfinished works of literature for years to come.
