Not going to lie. I've had a TG fetish for a while, and I still don't understand why. I know how it came about (when I was reading about SCP-113), but for how I'm so into it, IDK. I guess the experience of being someone else is nice, but I don't feel like I want to be of any other gender than the one I am right now. It may be that I'm attracted to women, plain and simple, but I also think about the experience the person goes through when transforming: They are first uncomfortable at the notion of changing, but soon they adapt, they relax themselves, by the end they know they're still themselves, even if their life's gone topsy-turvy, so it may be both. Sure, not all TFs are like this and though I like those ones just for their subject matter being about the transformation, the ones I most prefer are when the person transforming copes with their change.
I could go deeper and say that it's much like life - things go fine until they go south, for a while we don't know how we can manage living with this, but we soon learn to accommodate ourselves, no matter how we go about doing so, and things start to feel more the same, more normal.

It's simple: some men have always the feeling, that they're supposed to be women. It stucks inside them and they can't do anything against it.
The same way there are women, who think they are supposed to be men.
Me myself feeling much happier when I'm "disguising" myself female, so what.

For me it's a desire to experience that feeling of being smaller and more soft, the ability to go out wearing cure girly clothes and to have that feminine dainty feeling that some girls radiate. It just feels far too raw and not delicate or intricate enough as a guy.
