This is so incredibly adorable and I can't stop smiling ad their adorable little faces! I really like how they're both all snuggled up in a blanket together, thank you so much for trading with me!!
And thank you so very much, I'm glad my ship is likeable!

Golly this is super cute! They look so happy and cozy! You make the cutest pieces, I swear.
I'm liking the way the line art turned out in this piece, it's less fuzzy to me. I think I see what was causing that fuzzy appearance; it looks almost like you copied the line art, coloured it, and shifted it a bit? I'm not sure if I'm seeing things correctly, but it looks like there's two versions of your line art side by side, one black one coloured? Please correct me if I'm wrong, line art is one of my favourite parts of any art piece so I'm super curious about how you make your lines for your piece. o:
I maybe would have picked a different colour for the blanket; it's very nearly the same colour as the pink OC in the piece and their body is a bit lost in the blanket. If you find yourself unsure about what to do for colours I'd suggest using contrasting colours for backgrounds and props in your pieces. Fine the opposite colour on the colour wheel or invert the main colours in your digital program to find the opposites. (The opposite of that pink would likely be a teal or sea green for example.) Using contrasting colors help things stand out from one another without clashing. c:
I'm really enjoying your basic cell shading, you've really got a good grasp on shading. I would have maybe used a different red for the shading on Optimus, but the rest of it reads nicely and clearly. Well done!
Small nitpicky little thing; watch out for tangent lines! The OC's tongue ins just touching the top of the blanket and their kitty ear just touches the top of OP's chin piece. These aren't major issues, but tangent lines are one of those things that eliminating them can help push a piece from good to great.
You really did a top notch job with this piece! I'm excited to see what you do next!

Thank you for your feedback!!
What I originally did to make it fuzzy was part of this one technique that changed the colors up and caused it to blur (which I stopped doing recently, and replaced it with a fuzzy glow thing)
What I did for the lines was an RGB auto action thing where I can make 3d effects, the thing I did with this was I moved two of the layers instead of just 1 and that's probably where the problem came in ;;w;; and if I had used a teal it would've blended in with Optimus too much, I probably should've gone with a yellow. I will definitely watch out for tangent lines in my lineart next time

Ah, so that's how you make your line art. Interesting!
I think a blue would blend in too much with Optimus but something with more green to it might work, or yellow as you suggested. Something I was taught to do in school was to do quick colour studies for my pieces. Nothing big, just make some small copies of my art piece and throw on some quick colour ideas. Doing something like that might be helpful? Then you could test out how something like the blanket in this piece would look in different colours, it also helps you check how well the characters read since you'd be working in a thumbnail as opposed to the full sized piece. Just a suggestion if you decide you want to give it a try. c:
