(︶ ‿') I'm only guessing, but this might be the Lesser Periwinkle (Vinca minor).  It could be the Greater Periwinkle (V. major).  They are so similar and the only way I know of to distinguish them is by the sepals (which are hairy in the Greater P. and smooth in the Lesser P.), and possibly by the size of the flower which are larger on average in V major. ('‿︶)
