Description After seeing Wicked on Broadway this week, I spent several days working on this painting while listening to the soundtrack on a loop (hah, obsessed much?) I actually really like how it turned out. The real painting is way too big for my scanner, so this is a picture of it.

Very nice, usually people will just go with the poses they actually took in costume, but you managed to put them in completely different poses and still have them look like themselves. Bravo.

Really great painting in colors and composition here! I feel that the faces could be a little more expressive, but that maybe that couldn't be avoided when studying from photographs. Overall, this deserves far more faves than it has garnered thus far.

Thank you I used pictures of Idina and Kristin as loose references, but I wanted them to be slightly ambiguous so that the characters would come through more (I don't know if I was very successful there... haha)

Well I could totally tell that it was Kristin and Idina and I know how hard it is to make people look like the actual reference, you know (even when you tried to get even more out if it ) So good job

This is amazing job. All the details, the blingy things on Glinda's dress, their hair, their features, the bubbles in the background... The light on Elphaba's hat, the clock thing behind her... I love everything about this!!
