Costume: Ino Yamanaka - Naruto100% Handmade
More Ino! So she's, yeah, chilling! This shows the whole costume, including her shoes! I made them by taking a pair of sandals from Salvation Army, and making the boot cover. Naruto shoes are pretty simple to make. Yay for hot glue. XD
