Well, this scrap speaks of Krillin's envy for saiyans...more clear, his envy for Goku.(Or maybe we should call that "Jealousy", Krillin is not the kind of man that can ENVY someone, 'cause he has a lot of beautifull things just for himself,like a beautiful wife and a lovely daughter!)
Could Krillin be jealous for saiyans?
In my opinion he could: His best friend is the stronger creature in the galaxy, maybe in the entire universe, and he's loved and apreciated, and he always win. Krillin, despite he was dead a lot of times trying to don't be useless, and despite he was one of the strongest at the beginning,not.
This can be a reason to be jealous?
That's what he reveals in NS: he is jealous of saiyan's strenght and old-aging, despite he still is fond of Goku.
...And who wouldn't be?
Krillin's only can bite his finger, hiding this thing that maybe can make him suffer day by day.
So, that makes him an Hypocrite, that does not sound good for a good character like him, but after all, all he can do is hide his feeling from the others.

But I think that Krillin is to good of a friend to Goku to ever be jealous of him in an angry way.
Maybe he could be jealous of all of the attention Goku gets, but I can't think of him ever being jealous of his power.

Kririn is the strongest MEN in the world (in my opinion) Goku is an alien!
He got great live got a wife, daughter, and lots of friends thatd love Him! there is no place for envy in His live.

Envy is a strong word, so probably Krillin could be a LITTLE envyous, like any other Human like him could be, but not exasperated like Vegeta.
But we must consider that even if he is the stronger man in the world, he usually cannot protect his family,that it's the most important thing for him.
So, his small envy can transform into frustration,anger for himself and his "weakness".
That's why I think that Krillin would keep hidden this thing to the others...

Mr. Popo said "behing large mountain is even larger mountain" or somtin like that. There are strongest beings than Goku so We can say tht He can't protect his family too! So I don't understand where You see that LITTLE envyous.

But Goku rarely wasn't able to protect his family.
And Krillin would consider himself a weakling comparing with Goku (and he DON'T HAVE TO, because he is really a strong human). But of course in my opinion all, or most part of Krillin's frustration is fictionary,like in my comic, but since Krillin is a human like we, and not really different psychically, i suppose that after all, he feeled inferior a little one time!

In Your own fiction He could be, but in original.. I don't think so; more (This is my opinion) Goku could be envy to Krilin, because He is a human, He will die like others, like his family, but not Goku. He will live much longer than others. Goku will see death of all His friends and family.
In the end:
All can be pasible in fan works. I didn't noticed that is in your own "world".

Eheh,we mustn't forget that Goku has Chichi, the more hysteric woman in whole DB, so there's a thing of Krillin that Goku would envy for sure!
Anyway, Goku never thought about it, in my opinion. Perhaps saiya-jins are naturally selfish (Goku is more simple-minded then selfish, obviously).
All it's possible in the fan world, but I assume that Krillin does not have a good opinion of oneself, concerning the strenght and the battles...but he always try to be usefull, even if this can mean being defeated and humbled.
I only think that in my opinion too much humbling can drive Krillin to think
"If only I had a saiyan's strenght...I would be able to use this force to defend my dears...why???!"

Certo, Krillin non Γ¨ tipo da venir ossessionato dalla superioritΓ dell'amico, ma consideriamo anche il fattore chiave della sua sofferenza: Con la sua poca forza, non puΓ² difendere la sua famiglia, che Γ¨ la cosa che ama di piΓΉ, piΓΉ della sua stessa vita. Quindi, seppure voglia bene a Goku, magari proprio l'esser geloso di lui lo rende triste.
