Well, this was quite a turn-up for the books. I was recently going through the code for GTA-IV with a view towards modding it when I came across a model file containing a police motorcycle! Since this motorcycle does not exist anywhere in GTA-IV, The Lost and Damned or The Ballard of Gay Tony as an interactive model it came as something of a surprise. I've uploaded the images here to back-up my claims.

The filename for the more curious among you is pc --> models --> cdimages --> vehicles.img (''policeb.wft'' extracted)
