She was supposed to just be a dumb bimbo, how was this possible?

You kept asking yourself the question as you watched the large body of your experiment's victim grow even larger. You'd witnessed her ascent from the high-rise with horror as she surged larger and larger until she stood on eye-level with the office window. She seemed to have finally stopped growing as she peered in to get a good look at you all stood around the meeting table. The giantess looked over to you, then snorted with contempt as she spotted the slide you were in the middle of presenting. Her growth spectacle had interrupted your update on the bimbo-pills you were developing.

Things had been seeming to go well with the pills' development. The test subject had grown noticeably longer legs and had become a lot bustier with only a few doses. Her intelligence had seemed to have dipped significantly too which was just what the company wanted. When you put your presentation for today together, you felt confident in describing the work so far as a great success. But now, looking out at a giant version of your test subject looking back in at you - you knew something had gone wrong.

You and the other board members could do nothing but wait for the giantess' next move,
Eventually she spoke, her voice shaking the windows between you and her, "Well boys, it looks like I'm going to have to give you the real update on the pills."
She laughed and a chill went up your spine. After seeing her appear in the city as a giant you hadn't been too worried. Sure she was big, and kept getting bigger, but she should have been dumb enough to coerce into doing what you wanted. You even saw potential in having a suggestible and dumb giant at your command. But the way she spoke now made you second-guess how dumb she actually was. After her dose this morning she'd been barely able to string together a few words - now she sounded more eloquent than when she had first signed up for the trial.

The giantess could see your reaction to how she spoke and smirked.
"I guess its time to let you know, those pills weren't making me dumber - they were making me smarter with each dose."
She laughed at this point seeing the look of failure on your face. Your pill hadn't just failed to work - it had done the opposite of what you wanted.
"Thankfully I got smart enough after my first dose to keep quiet about it." the giantess continued, "I played dumb, literally, so you could keep dosing me."

This was a nightmare. The hope was that the test subjects would end up being made dumb enough that they'd be unable to tell anyone about the unethical developments you'd been making - now one was smart and big enough to broadcast it to the world.
"But don't worry..." she told you all now, seeing the look of concern that must have been on every board member's face, "I've decided to help you all out. I made a few alterations to your pill this morning. I greatly amplified the growth aspects for intelligence and physical attributes - as you can see."
You could see, from both her height and the tracts of boob flesh out of the window.
"I dropped the lip inflation component, I like my face how it is." she explained nonchalantly as if it was some trivial matter to just redesign a pill to do exactly what you want.

You could feel the stares of the board members on you now. You'd unleashed her onto the world, and there was no bottle big enough to put this genie back into. You saw the CEO walk to the window, with a stern look on his face. He was used to getting what he wanted and no doubt thought he could boss around someone several hundred times his size and intelligence - but as he neared the window she fixed him with a stare and spoke again, interrupting whatever he was about to say.
"Let me guess, you're going to try and tell me to do as you say because you're in charge? Well sorry, I'm the biggest and the smartest here so I'm taking over."
The giantess stated this with such finality that it couldn't be argued with. The CEO sheepishly stepped back from the window with his head down.
"Good, now that that's settled lets get on with work. I put the new pills' formula on the servers this morning before my growth so we can start producing them en masse. I'd like to get that moving today so we can start shipping as soon as possible."

You saw one of the other board members shake his head as the giantess issued her commands. Eventually he snapped, muttering about how he wouldn't take orders from a bimbo and headed towards the door. You watched the giantess observing this happen with anger burning in her eyes. Suddenly she surged larger, bringing her ample bosom even closer to the window. You had all frozen, petrified by the enlarging look of displeasure in the giant woman's expression. The fleeing executive on seeing this thankfully seemed to accept his situation at last and moved away from the door.

It took a few moments for the anger to pass from the giantess' face.
Eventually she steadied herself, "Sorry about that everyone - I neglected to mention that one of the pill's side effects is subsequent growth spurts during times of high emotion."
You could tell by her smile after she said this that the 'side-effect' was completely by design - she was smart enough to eliminate an effect like that from the design if she wanted.

The giantess now started to detail her plan to the board of how the pills should be distributed. It was an efficient plan, exactly what you'd expect from a super genius, that would make the pills available to every woman in the world within a week. The giantess assured the board you'd all be looking at a new world order run by super intelligent giant women in the blink of an eye. Again you felt the red hot gaze of the board members boring into you for unleashing this on mankind.

The board were right, this was all your fault. You'd wanted to make women into bimbos, and now you'd sealed the fate of men everywhere. Turns out you were the dumb one all along.

Meta: I don't like bimbofication. Sure, enhancing someone's physical attributes to make them sexier to insane degrees I can get on board with, but making them dumb? I don't get it and find it pretty degrading for all involved - it makes it seem like women should be dumb and all men want in a woman is sex appeal. I also see it as a missed opportunity. I want a woman whose been altered to be aware of the changes they've undergone and use them to their advantage - they can't do that if they're as dumb as a box of frogs. So I thought a story which turns the tables on those wanting to bimbofy would be a fun bit of revenge for womankind.

I like the idea of a giantess being smart: a bigger body means a bigger brain means a greater intelligence (I know, more surface area on the brain actual means the opposite, yada yada yada). I hate the trope of giants having to be dumb so I really wanted to do a story that subverted that trope to the extreme.

I've not done a gif for a while but saw this clip of Yungfreckz and saw its potential. It had a simple background making it easy for unscreen to remove and featured her stepping back from the camera. I reversed the gif so she now moves towards the camera and with the background removed it looks like she hits a bit of a growth spurt - perfect.
