My first hiking tour with my new tripod (Manfrotto 055 Xprob) in the snow (20cm) today.Near Weissig, Dresden.
My entry for the SIMPLE contest [link] by =Konijntje . The scenery amazes me everytime, nature can be so unnatural sometimes. I felt peaceful being out there shooting this and I feel it now. The pure white mist with nearly no contrast to rest the eye and then the treeline to guide you in the neverending snow hills.
