Been a bit since I drew some hyenas. So let's change that! I never really had much going with Zara at the start. I was just mainly trying to design a mother for Chidi at the time, but since reading the new Scar comics (while a bit confusing, it gives me some ideas), I've been wanting to try to do more about her.
For those that have just joined, Zara is the sister to Shenzi (I was thinking maybe a younger sister but I've got an idea the were in the same litter and Zara could have been born first). Zara and Shenzi, at least in the stories I do with , would probably be foils to Mufasa and Scar by the time of the first film. They were close and Zara always supported her sister even if she didn't trust Scar the most. This would be before Shenzi heads out with Banzai and Ed to cause the stampede. Zara is worried that something could go wrong and that Shenzi could get hurt or worse, but Shenzi says that she'll be fine and soon they will be out of the Elephant Graveyard. Then there would be no more problems for the clan, and Zara could look forward to having a family (not sure if this is before Zara meets her mate or after; the next picture will go a bit further into it if I can get an idea flowing).
