This is a ;little birthday present for my good friend Volt

I wasn't sure what I should make him, this year, so I'd thought I'd try and make his character in my newly updated Mobian style and a couple of presents surrounding him and a nice cake with candles on. I was going to add in a few of his OCs too, but I wasn;t sure who to choose.
