woot....first completed button design XDany advice on stuff to change?
lol, the bg is just a scan of some paper just to make this less boring.
I'm at my grandparents house right now XD my grandpa let my brother hook up the wireless router. I WAS going to do homework, but the stupid college's email system isn't working and i need some pics someone emailed me.
more button designs soon XD...I'd work on the emote ones...but I forgot to put the files on my thumbdrive or macbook T_T
all the photoshoping was done using the finger pad on my macbook XD
copy this idea and you will die (i thought of it while talking in the car with slothy when we went shopping a while ago lol)

how do you make your buttons? What program do you use?

I used Photoshop (using a custom template so that they'll be the right size when I print them to make the real buttons, and to make the real ones I gotta use my button/badge maker machine)

That sounds fun! How much does it cost to have all the needed equipment & how much time does it take to make 1 button/badge including the time you use Photoshop?

you can get the machines and button parts at various websites (buybuttonparts.com is where I got mine, there's also Badge-a-minit and AmericanButtonMakers, just google "button makers" or "badgemakers", the first few hits are usually good sites). The cost depends on the model you buy (mine cost 240-ish and came with parts to make 250 buttons), but there are cheaper models (there's one for $30 but I'm not sure how well it works)
time wise, the machine I have once I cut out the paper it takes under a minute to make a button. But I dunno how much time I spend doing work in photoshop, it varies between designs.
