take a small screenshot of the journal icon, erase so its transparnt, make hands that move, done

photoshop is like 600 dollars and imageready is a side program that comes with it, although i can give you the link for a free trail [link] and i use 7.0, this is CS4

you can also use a free program called the GIMP... has a lot of the same power as photoshop. there's a tutorial on making animations here [link]

i do say that GIMP is good for somthings but no animations, and the one things that helps that GIMP doesn't have is tweet
